I had been driving for about half hour and all I can see is darkness in front of me. 30 minutes and no light in sight. I saw couple of yellow lights at a distance and it was slowly drawing nearer. But it was coming straight for me. All I can remember is my car somersaulting a few times before I came out of the windshield. I managed to stand up, there was glass all over my body. I looked around to see where I was, it was lonely and dark. I waited for a few minutes to see if any other car would come over but I could only hope. No one would drive by during that time. I looked behind and I saw a log cabin at a distance. I was scared to even approach that cabin. I didn’t know what to do. One of those times when your brain does not give you all the right responses.
I went near the house, as I reached the door I felt severe chills in my body. I was sweating and I had chills. I knocked on the door and asked
Anybody there? I need help! Please
I kept knocking but at the same time I was feeling dizzy and I was cold. I saw that a yellow light had come on. I was waiting for someone to open the door but there was no sound from inside the house. The light went out so I knocked again. I was now feeling dizzier and my vision was getting blurry. I knew something was happening to me. The door suddenly opened and I saw a figure of a woman in a black veil.
I didn’t know how to react because I could not see her face. This was becoming more unsettling and my heart had started racing and I could not see anything because of a thick mist that came from the inside of the house. The woman lured me into the house, I kept talking to her but she was calm and led me into the house. I could feel her cold hand on my wrist as she led me into the pitch darkness. As she took me forward I saw a room with a little dim light. She led me into that room and made me sit on a cold hard place. She put both her arms on my shoulder and said
You are fine here! You’re out of danger…..Do not be afraid!
She went to another door and disappeared. I saw many more veiled women enter the room and they walked towards me. They were chanting something which was not very audible. As they drew nearer the sound of the chanting became deafening. They grabbed my hands and legs and made lie down on what I understood was an altar. They kept chanting as I lay there gasping for breath. I saw that another figure had entered the room which looked like a man. Like the women he was also clothed in a black robe. As he approached me, he read something loudly out of a book as the women chanted on. My heart was thumping and I was screaming for dear life.
Let me go! Let me go! But they did not pay any heed to my screams.
The man took out a dagger and raised it above him. I knew he was going to kill me maybe as a sacrifice to the devil or some pagan god. He closed his eyes and murmured something and then I saw the dagger coming down on me. I closed my eyes as it pierced my body.
I opened my eyes and I saw a white light on top of me and a woman looked over ay me and said with a gentle smile.
